Fellowship College uses a Personalized System of Instruction (PSI). It is a system based on 100 years of research in Behaviourism and has 2 main focuses : mastery-learning and self-paced. Students are trained in goal setting.

Character development is a priority.

The Word of God is infused into all aspects of the system – it is based on the values enshrined in the Bible.

The school is registered with the Department of Education and is housed on church property.
